I found the location ideal. It's close to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. the staff was very cute and provided helpful recommendations. my room had all the essentials i needed, including a minibar and a hairdryer. breakfast offered a decent selection of food items.
the soundproofing wasn't great, so i heard noise from neighboring rooms sometimes.

The staff helped my parents. they took great care to ensure my parents were looked after during their trip. i really appreciated that.
the hot water was not working one evening, and reception told me they could not offer a solution then. it took some time for them to resolve it, inconvenient.

My room's decor felt dated. the blackout curtains were short, so light entered the room. the bathroom tiles needed better cleaning. I saw some spots in the shower.
